To do this, just contact us using the details below. We’ll respond within 5 business days, unless there’s a legal reason we can’t.
8. Use of technology, automation and AI
At Kind Humans, we use secure technology, including some automation and AI tools, to help us communicate better, respond faster, and deliver the support you’ve asked for. These tools help us:
- Send reminders, confirmations, or updates without delay
- Make intake forms easier to use and complete.
- Keep your details safe, accurate, and up to date across our systems.
We only use these tools to make things clearer, quicker, or more accessible, never to replace human support or decision-making.
Behind every message or process is a real person making sure things are running smoothly. If you ever want to speak directly with a human, just ask, and we’ll always make that happen.
We use these tools to enhance human connection, not remove it.
9. Questions, concerns or complaints
If you have any concerns about your privacy or how your information has been handled, please let us know.
