Communicate clearly and listen well.
Respect participant choice and autonomy
Are thoughtful about safety, inclusion, and boundaries
Want to grow with a values-led team
Hold minimum qualifications to work in the disability sector (e.g. Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or relevant experience)
