(Frequently asked questions)
About our NDIS provider services
What is Kind Humans Support Services?
Kind Humans is a values-led NDIS provider offering core and capacity building supports to people with disability in Queensland. We focus on real, human connection not ticking boxes or rushing through care. Whether you need help at home, in the community, or with building independence, we’re here to support you in a way that feels kind, genuine, and grounded.
What makes you different from platforms like Mable?
Kind Humans isn’t a gig platform. We don’t just connect people we build real working relationships. We take time to understand your goals, values, and needs. Our workers are supported, safe, and aligned with our core values of human kindness, rights, spirit, and being. You won’t find patchy communication here just a consistent team that shows up with care.
Do you offer support online or just in person?
We offer both. Our team supports participants in person across Queensland and online where appropriate, depending on the type of support and what works best for you. If you’re unsure, just ask we’re happy to talk through what’s possible.
